Listen as Raven Heyward, founder, and host of DiversifyHER, converses with Phylicia Jasmin, founder of College by Her, is a Charlotte native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she double majored in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in African American Studies. After graduating in 2017, she went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and went on to work at Yale University, practicing family therapy. She is now a therapist at UNCC, serving college students and creating initiatives for students of color specifically.
